DIRECTION through hands-on discipleship. That is what RAD is about. RAD students will leave with a sense of who they are in Christ and be equipped with the skills necessary to be a radically committed leader on their campus, in their church, or in the career field of their choice.

BELIEVE it or not, YOU have a say in the life of your son/daughter. About half of all teenagers said their parents have the greatest degree of influence on their personal spiritual development compared to several other sources of outside influence (Barna Research).

CONSIDER the possibility of sending your young adult to a place where significant time will be invested developing their leadership style and giving them opportunities to implement it. This 9- month leadership program will provide your adolescent with skills such as:

• Mentoring others
• Financial / Business Management
• Prioritizing Short-term and Long-term Goals
• Job Experience and Internships
• Team Building
• Future Career Options
• Deeper, more radical Walk with Jesus Christ

The investments you put into your own child can be costly and risky. RAD Ministries is geared toward students who have just graduated from high school and are looking for the next step to take on the pathway toward maturity and adulthood.
